How we work

Bring a finished specification or a rough concept. Either way, nothing goes into production until you have approved a sample.

  1. Brief

Send your design, references, colours and quantities. We reply within one working day.

  2. Fabric and pattern

We source from premium mills and cut patterns to your fit and role requirements.

  3. Sample approval

You see and handle the garment before we commit to the full run.

  4. Production and delivery

Branded by embroidery or print, quality checked and delivered anywhere in the UK.

Hospitality uniforms are part of the guest experience. We design bespoke uniforms for hotels, restaurants, bars, cafes and bakeries, made to order for UK teams and branded to your identity. One supplier covers front and back of house, so every role looks like it belongs to the same place.

Bespoke hospitality uniforms, made to order

Every project starts with your brand rather than a catalogue. You choose the cut, fabric, colours and trims, and we add your logo by embroidery or print. Nothing goes into production until you have approved a sample, and once it is signed off, delivery is typically 4 to 6 weeks.

Front and back of house, designed together

Guests see your front of house team, but the kitchen and the counter need to meet the same standard. We design the full set together, so colours, details and branding stay consistent across very different working conditions.

  • Chef jackets in tailored and utility styles, with piping and contrast details
  • Aprons in hard-wearing canvas and printed designs
  • Shirts, polos and tees for service and counter teams
  • Sweatshirts, caps and tote bags for cafes, bakeries and events

Uniforms for every hospitality sector

Each sector has its own demands. Hotels need one look across reception, restaurant, housekeeping and kitchen. Restaurants and bars need front of house and kitchen teams to work in very different conditions while still looking like one team. Cafes and bakeries rely on aprons and tees to carry the brand at the counter. Explore our hotel uniforms, restaurant and bar uniforms, cafe and bakery uniforms and chef uniforms.

Fabrics made for long shifts

Hospitality uniforms are washed often and worn hard. We choose breathable, durable cloth for kitchens, fabrics that hold a sharp line for front of house, and hard-wearing canvas and twill for aprons. Dark colours are chosen for colour fastness, so they stay rich through repeated washing.

Trusted across UK hospitality

We make uniforms for recognised names including Hilton and Shangri-La, and deliver to sites across the UK. Patterns, fabrics and branding are kept on file, so reorders and new starters match the original run. For a step-by-step view of how a project works, read our guide to bespoke staff uniforms.

What we need from you

The more of this you can send, the faster and more accurate the quote.

  • Your design, sketch or reference images
  • Colours or Pantone references, if you have them
  • Approximate quantity and, if known, the size breakdown
  • Logo file for embroidery or print
  • Your deadline

Quick answers

The questions buyers ask before they get in touch.

Is there a minimum order?
Our standard minimum is 50 pieces per design. For the right project we can go lower, so tell us your quantity and, if you know it, the size breakdown, and we will confirm it in the quote.
How long does it take?
Delivery is typically 4 to 6 weeks after sample approval. If you have a fixed opening or event date, tell us in the form and we will confirm it in the quote.
Can we see a sample first?
Yes. You see and handle a sample before anything goes into production, so fabric, fit and branding are signed off first.
What about reorders and new starters?
We keep your patterns, fabrics and branding on file, so reorders and uniforms for new starters match the original run.
