Welcome to Crafted Uniforms. By engaging our services, visiting our website, or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you (the “Client”) and Crafted Uniforms (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Custom Orders & Production

All garments, accessories, and uniforms produced by Crafted Uniforms are custom-made to client specifications. Orders are initiated only after the final approval of design, materials, sizing, branding elements, and quoted pricing.

No changes can be made once production has begun. We reserve the right to decline an order if the requested customisations fall outside our scope or capacity.

2. Sampling Process

We offer a sampling service for clients who wish to evaluate materials, fit, or print quality before full production. Samples are charged separately and are non-refundable. Sample costs and estimated shipping will be outlined before dispatch.

3. Pricing & Payment

All pricing provided is exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Full payment or a deposit (as agreed) is required before production begins. Payment confirms acceptance of the final specification.

We reserve the right to update prices due to changes in material costs, labour, or other production factors, but this will be communicated prior to confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Sample shipping fees are charged separately and invoiced prior to dispatch. Once your full order is in production, delivery is included in the project pricing. Lead times vary and are estimated based on scope, volume, and complexity. We are not liable for courier delays once dispatched.

For international orders, the client is responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on customised items. Faulty goods or production errors must be reported within 5 working days of delivery. In such cases, we will assess and, if applicable, remake or repair the affected items.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding assets (logos, designs, etc.) supplied to Crafted Uniforms must be owned by or licensed to the client. We assume no responsibility for trademark or copyright infringement based on client-supplied materials.

We may showcase completed projects (with your branding) for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Crafted Uniforms shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected order.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our services confirms your acceptance of any revisions.
