Sample Orders

If you request samples before full production, we will provide an estimated shipping cost based on destination, quantity, and urgency. Sample delivery charges are the responsibility of the client and are invoiced separately.

Production Orders

Once the sample process is approved and a full order moves into production, delivery is included in the overall pricing. There are no additional shipping fees charged for standard production deliveries.

Shipping Times

As all products are made to order, delivery timelines vary based on the complexity of your brief, customisation requirements, and volume. Estimated lead times will be provided once your order details are confirmed.

International Shipping
